台灣，台北 – Decathlon已與台中市政府簽署了一份合約，準備在台灣成立總部。根據報紙的報導，該世界第二大體育用品零售商計劃投資約 4億美元（2.96億歐元），未來五年在台灣不僅成立新總部，且開設10至12家大型百貨公司。這些年來，Decathlon在台灣的採購持續增長。去年，該公司在台灣約採購了 1.1億美元（8,140萬歐元），今年的採購金額預計將達到1.3億美元（9,620 萬歐元）。據報紙的報導，此1.3億美元約佔Decathlon全球採購的3％。超過一百家的台灣製造商供貨給該體育用品零售商。
隸屬於 Oxylane集團的Decathlon，是歐洲最大的體育用品零售商，目前在歐洲17個國家以及南美與亞洲，經營了約 490家店面。該公司的年收入約76.6億美元（56.6億歐元）。
