Izip Zuma Enters the Market

Currie Technologies has started the distribution of the new Izip Zuma models in the United States. With 500 Watts of high torque power, the Izip Zuma has the energy force necessary to climb even the steepest grades with plenty of battery capacity to travel significant distances.

Equipped with Currie’s dual mode, TAG-PAS system, the rider has the option of choosing to use simple twist and go throttle power mode or pedal assist power mode which amplifies the rider’s human pedal power input. This feature assures the rider is in complete control at all times while achieving maximum performance from the Electro-Drive system.

The Izip Zuma utilizes a 36 Volt, 11.4 Ampere hour Lithium-Ion battery pack with Samsung cells, and travels at speeds of up to 30 km/h for distances of 30 to 50 kilometres per charge. The battery pack easily removes from an integrated carrier platform to allow recharging both on and off the bike and provides the added benefit of a full function rear carrier for added utility. Designed with retro beach cruiser styling and top quality components, the Izip Zuma cruisers have a traditional look combined with today’s modern eBike technology.
