Kalkhoff offers consumers the opportunity to have their e-Bikes equipped with a battery that is best suited for their purpose. They have three batteries available, which look identical but vary in capacity of 8, 12 and 18 Ah. The three battery options vary in performance and price.
The 18 Ah battery is the most expensive and costs around 600 euro but offers a range of 140 km. This battery is exclusively developed for Derby Cycle Werke and therefore only available for Focus, Kalkhoff and Raleigh. The battery is also compatible with existing systems of Panasonic.
