TAICHUNG, Taiwan – This year’s Taichung Bike Week (TBW) has kicked off. Since yesterday the extended floor plan and booking information is online at http://www.taichung-bike-week.com. The OE specing get-together of suppliers and product managers is scheduled for November 29 – December 2 and will be a linking event between Ride On and Sram’s Taiwanathon.
As for companies that intend to exhibit at the 2011 TBW; the organizers note that the space released for exhibitors at the Evergreen hotel was sold out in 48 hours. The space was the basement ballroom which is three times larger than the 3rd floor used in 2010. Due to the increased demand of exhibitors it has been agreed to open the 3rd floor space as well.
Next to the Evergreen hotel also the across the street located Tempus hotel will again be one of the TBW venues. The ‘First Group’ with Continental, Deda Elementi, Selle Italia, Cane Creek and Reynolds will be exhibiting here while there’s still space left for other exhibitors.
