Thun presented today its new system components for e-Bikes which are called (V)elo Comfort by Reevo. With this system Thun is making a come back to the e-Bike sector for which the company marketed Sanyo kits back in 1997.
Last year the German component maker celebrated its re-entry with its BB-cartridges with integrated rotation and torque sensors. (V)elo Comfort by Reevo is now Thun’s further focus on the rapidly growing e-Bike market.
(V)elo Comfort by Reevo Technology system components have been developed over years by the Dutch company Flexaim. Thun and Flexaim closed a strategic cooperation last July. This cooperation encompasses that Thun will distribute the Flexaim system globally and possesses exclusive distribution rights for Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands.
The (V)elo Comfort by Reevo Technology system is designed for pedelecs of a superior quality to be sold for retail prices significantly over 2500 euro. This high positioning is justified by the excellent and unique technical features of the system, says Thun.
