MAARSSEN, Netherlands (November 25th) - The controversy between Rodi and Vuelta continues (see for more the newspages on this website). In the 'war over the name' that has been going on for some time now between the two companies, the latest statement from Moreno Fioravanti, Vuelta International MD, stresses the fact that he and his company have deposited the 'Vuelta' name originally and that this was much earlier than his competitors did. He also counts on 'common knowledge' within the bike business as to whom created the brand in the first place. (MH)
