European Style Mudguards for US Market
California based Soma Fabrications started six years ago with professionally crafted affordable steel bicycle frames. These days the company offers a wide range of parts and accessories for the everyday cyclist, including commuters and fixed gear enthusiasts.
A recent addition to the extended product range of Soma Fabrications is the Euro-trip fender/mudguard. These chromo plastic mudguards come with an alloy core and rubber mud flaps.
For safety reasons they feature European-inspired ‘Break Away’ brackets which help reduce accidents in case foreign objects ride up between the wheel and fender. The stays are height adjustable by two centimetres.
The mudguards with stainless steel components have different widths and are available for road, hybrid and MTB. The road versions come in six semi translucent colors including titanium, red, blue, light blue and pink.
