For the 2008 professional road race season PRO supplies five Pro Tour teams with the Vibe and Vibe 7S handlebars. With teams like Rabobank, Credit Agricole, Francaise des Jeux, High Road and Gerolsteiner the two new PRO handlebars will be used under real live racing conditions. The team rider’s will provide PRO with valuable feedback for future developments.
The Vibe is available in two versions; carbon fibre and alloy. The carbon fibre handlebar comes with an integrated brake-cable routing system for a perfect guidance of the cables. With an average weight of 215 grams the ultra light Vibe handlebar provides ultimate stiffness and optimal control thanks to a full length oversized (31.8 mm) design.
New in PRO’s 2008 handlebar range is also the Vibe 7S made out of 7075 aluminium which is a high strength aluminium alloy commonly used in the aircraft industry. The use of this material makes the Vibe 7S ideal for a lightweight (from 285 grams), strong and rigid handlebar.
