Tange International Still Supplies CrMo Frames
While carbon is regarded as the frame material of the future, there was a remarkable recovery of lugged CrMo frames at the Taipei Cycle Show this year.
Although the use of ‘modern’ materials like carbon has seen a quick introduction in the bicycle industry and frames have been developing rapidly over the past two decades, the industry has not lost sight of CrMo lugged frames completely.
Although on the margin of the bicycle industry, CrMo has also seen development with respect to weight and rigidity. One of the frame manufacturers who is honouring the CrMo age is Tange International from Taiwan.
Next to their CrMo frames, Tange is also supplying a wide range of CrMo frame components including forks in many sizes and designs, handlebars, classic and modern styled stems, seatposts, lugs and dropouts.
