The Hed Scorpio is the new model to complete the model range of this American wheel brand. The Scorpio offers a 33mm carbon profile.
The lateral rigidity makes it the most versatile in the Hed range. The development of the Scorpio was started as early as 2007 and the main objectives were to get lighter wheels, more aerodynamics and a optimal lateral rigidity.
During its development Hed worked closely with professional cyclists, among them Alberto Contador fo the best feedback. It brought about the Scorpio with a recordbreaking weight of 1157 grams in tubular version.
