Liwang Precision has redesigned the folding mechanism for bicycle frames. This new folder has three main features. The push button structure provides additional safety as it prevents a sudden opening when cycling.

The adjustable torque arm allows precise setting when folding but also keeps the frame solid and firm. Finally, the reinforced bulge gives extra stiffness to the folding mechanism.

The new Liwang folding mechanism comes in a full range of models in sizes between 12 and 26 inch. At the Taipei Cycle Show Liwang Precision also presented its complete range of carbon and hydro-formed frames. This frame builder has chosen to use the hydro-forming technique for folders to give them a stronger and stiffer look. As a main OEM supplier Liwang Precision has its own R&D department in Schechingen, Germany and production facilities in Taiwan and China.
