Halo Launches BMX Components
Halo is well known for their wheels in the MTB, Road and Jump markets. For 2013 the brand will be adding an entirely new range of BMX products. The new range consists of rims, hubs and wheels for both Race and Freestyle BMX products.
The BMX race market gets Sub-4 rims and MXRC cassette hubs that have been ridden to World Championship glory by Team Identiti Factory BMX Team rider Joey Gough. The MXF front hubs feature a 15mm alloy axle with 3/8” Cr-Mo bolts and alloy caps, two sealed cartridge bearings and wide flange spacing which increases spoke triangulation. This) hub is designed to perform on dirt/street/park as well as the racetrack.
The MXRC rear Supa-drive SL Rear Cassette Race hubs are using the same proven Supa-Drive system as their MTB hubs.
Halo also introduces their new 4-Pawl “Switch” hub which comes with a 14mm axle, 9T Bushed Driver and Left or Right Side Switchable drive.
