Eurobike Partners with Tyrol for 22nd Edition

FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany – To boost the cycling tourism at Eurobike, show organizer Messe Friedrichshafen will partner with the Austrian state of Tyrol. The upcoming edition of the exhibition will feature the classic cycling region Tyrol for the first time.

To boost the cycling tourism at Eurobike, show organizer Messe Friedrichshafen will partner with the Austrian state of Tyrol.

From August 28 to 31, 2013, the leading names of the international bicycle industry are expected to meet at the exhibition grounds in Friedrichshafen. Eurobike believes that more than 1,200 exhibitors, 40,000 trade visitors from over 100 countries, 20,000 cycling consumers and nearly 2,000 journalists will come to the city on the German-Swiss border.

Season kick off

“Eurobike is a meeting place for business and the cycling scene, as well as a platform for new arrivals. Lake Constance is where new trends for the upcoming season are kicked off and presented to the public,” stated Messe Friedrichshafen CEO Klaus Wellmann and Eurobike Project Manager Stefan Reisinger.

“We are confident that this major cycling show on Lake Constance is a must for the international bicycle industry, with its full range of everyday, sport and e-bike offerings.”

Highlights

Eurobike also features a prominent showing of e-bikes as well as opportunities for test rides. In addition to the Demo Day, the Eurobike Award will once again highlight the most innovative products. The Fashion Show, Bike Course, Travel Talk and Holiday on Bike are all among the show’s regular attractions.

The international bicycle trade show Eurobike is open to trade visitors from Wednesday, August 28, through Friday, August 30 and is open to the public on Saturday, August 31. The Demo Day will take place on Tuesday, August 27.
