Danish Cycling Shows Change Strategy
VEIJLE, Denmark – While Eurobike announced an additional public show, the Danish industry show Cykel & Knallert Messen (CKM) will become an industry only event as of 2016. It will focus exclusively on servicing the bicycle industry and not on the public any longer.
The 2016 edition of the Cykel & Knallert Messen (bicycle and scooter show) will be open for three days on 16 to 18 September for registered retailers, wholesalers, distributors and industry people only.
New event in Fredericia
To see the latest trends and developments in bicycles the public can still attend other well-known events in Denmark, the Cykelsportsmessen and the Copenhagen Bike Show. The Cykelsportsmessen in Roskilde which is scheduled in November will even be organized on a second location for the first time this year. The premiere of the Cykelsportsmessen – Fredericia will take place from November 26-27, 2016.
The second edition of the Copenhagen Bike Show last March saw a substantial increase in the number of visitors and exhibitors. The growing number of foreign exhibitors gives the public a better insight in the diversity of the cycling world and the event a more international exposure.
