Kross’ New Strategy Includes Eurobike Pullout
PRZASNYSZ, Poland – Kross, the number 1 bike brand in Poland, is implementing a new strategy in order to achieve an ambitious expansion in the European markets. The strategy will increase international investments on a local level. A consequence of the new strategy is the decision to pull out of Eurobike.
Kross SA is redirecting its budgets – not attending the trade show in Friedrichshafen in August. Kross intends on utilizing the released funds to realize new localized marketing activities as well as increasing its support to distributors in key markets in Europe.
Strengthen position outside Poland
The goal of Kross’ new strategy is to strengthen its position outside Poland. In Poland the company is a market leader. With its wide product range and successful UCI cross-country team, Kross Racing Team, it already achieved encouraging sales results in Europe. This prompted Kross decision to expand its sales and distribution into other key European markets.
Kross attended Eurobike for many years. According to the Polish bike maker, “The trade show has played a significant role in establishing international recognition for Kross.” It also contributed to the fact that Kross bikes and products are now available in 42 countries worldwide while its export generates 30% of the company’s revenue.
