On this page you can read more about how you to give a gift article on Bike Europe, and how you can read it as a recipient.

Who can give an item as a gift?: Readers with a subscription to Bike Europe can give articles as gifts. The number of articles you can share depends on your subscription.
As a registered user you can share up to 2 different articles with an unlimited number of people.
With a paid subscription you can share an unlimited number of articles with an unlimited number of people.
How can you give away articles?: You can give an article as a gift if there is the 'Give article as a gift' button underneath the introduction of an article.
When you click on the 'give' button, you get several options; You can copy the link directly, but you can also share the link via various social media channels and e-mail.
When you have shared an article, you can continue to share it indefinitely in the same month.
You can only give an article as a gift via the 'give' button. It is not possible to do this via the 'share' button and by copying the URL of an article and using it in a browser.
With the 'share' button you share the standard URL of an article, which cannot be read without a valid subscription to Bike Europe.
How can I read a received article?: When an item is given as a gift, it can be read with or without an account.
If you have received an item as a gift, you can read it for a period of 72 hours. Within these 72 hours you can read this article indefinitely until the link is no longer valid.
If you still want to read an article after these 72 hours, create a free account or opt for a subscription.
The articles given as a gift do not count towards the number of free 2 articles that can be read per month, when registered with an account on Bike Europe.
If an article is public, then the article can be read by anyone without an account and without the article being given as a gift.
