TAICHUNG, Taiwan (Aug 9) – Pro-Lite, the Taiwanese high-end component brand led by Steve Fenton, recently opened a European sales office in Italy. Fenton claims that Pro-Lite is: “The industry’s newest and fastest growing component maker. Opening an office in this region provides us with greater access to the people at the heart of top-end cycling – the Veneto region is the hot bed for the bicycle industry and a key location for our R&D facilities,” notes Fenton who wants to serve his European clients with a more effective sales support. Pro-Lite-Europe is based in Villatora di Saonara.
In addition to the opening of the Pro-Lite-Europe sales office, Fenton hired Donn Kellogg as international sales manager (for the sales region Oceania and Japan) as well as Guglielmo Dolci as operations manager Europe. Both are well-known within the Italian bicycle industry and work from the new Pro-Lite-Europe office. Kellogg worked for companies such as Vetta, Trek, Ritchey, Kona and Fondriest. Dolci comes from Fassi Sport where he worked as CFO/operations director. (JB)
