BUSNAGO, Italy (Feb 1)- FSA Europe recently moved to Busnago; a village outside Milan where a brand new and big warehouse has been built with offices for 20 staff. The new and wholly owned building is not only to stock components for Just-in-Time delivery; it will also house the European production of FSA components. Already, the European base of the Far East component maker has started to assemble wheelsets in Italy. According to general manager Claudio Marra, the long term goal is to concentrate more production at the new facility: “Especially components for the European market will be produced here.”

With two-third of the total floor-space of the new building in use as warehouse; the remaining one third will house FSA’s European production. Also new, and to be launched at the upcoming, Taipei Show are special patented brakes from FSA with which the component maker sets another major step towards becoming a full line supplier with complete groupsets. More on FSA’s new European facility in Bike Europe’s February edition; publication date February 17.
