Early Announcement of Eurobike 2020 Dates
FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany – Last year’s Eurobike was dominated by discussions on the show’s 2019 dates. Obviously, organizer Messe Friedrichshafen learned from that by making an early announcement on Eurobike’s 2020 dates. “It’s in the interest of all partners to set the date well in advance for better long-term planning,” says Eurobike show manager Stefan Reisinger.
The Eurobike show organiser aims at ensuring continuity by scheduling the next year’s trade fair from 2 to 5 September 2020. From 2 to 4 September the show is exclusively open for trade while the public is welcome on the 4thday. Messe Friedrichshafen also set the 2020 dates of its two other events. VELOBerlin takes place from 18 – 19 April 2020 and the Eurobike Media Days and Urban Mobility Media Days are scheduled for June and July.
“The show not only reflects new trends and developments in the regular bicycle and e-bike market,” says Stefan Reisinger. “In addition, a number of new players from the micro mobility industry, which show that these alternative mobility solutions are not only more sustainable, but often also more effective.”
Eurobike Project Manager Dirk Heidrich adds “For 2019, we have numerous new exhibitors for a dedicated area in Hall A1 for the small electric vehicle sector as well as players from the automotive industry and platform providers. Our last year’s decision to bring mobility themes together at a central location is making waves beyond the traditional boundaries of the bike industry.”
