TOKIO, Japan (December 8th) – ‘Pokkon’ a buzz word in Japan – actually it means stealing a scooter in a novel way. First robbing a bicycle of its seat & post, this seatpost is than used to push out the scooters’ ignition lock. It seems the diametre of a bicycle seatpost is the same is the mounting of an ingniton lock. A simple twist on the bike-saddle and ‘pokkon’, the lock drops out.
