FSA Cuts Carbon Components Prices

BUSNAGO, Italy – FSA announced today to cut its prices of two main Carbon components by 40%. Among these is the popular carbon K-Force TT chainring. According to FSA the price reductions are thanks to an increasing demand, expansion of the production capacity and new machinery.

“The named reasons allow us to supply our customers with the K-Force TT carbon chainring and the ceramic derailleur pulley at more competitive prices while keeping the same quality level,” says FSA.

During the past two years FSA invested in 4 high speed CNC machines. With the new machinery the production time per chainring decreased while achieving a more stable and precise teeth profiling. Additionally FSA bought 4 machines for the automated assembly of bottom brackets.

To maintain its high quality standards FSA improved its QC capacity with for instance a standard crank test, to analyze the wear between spindle and crank arms.
