VALLEY, Germany – As part of its current service offensive Japanese-Taiwanese component maker SR Suntour is pushing its IBD support. According to Tim Fischer, service and promotion manager at the Germany-based Suntour-Europe office in Valley south of Munich, the new company website “will also be used for promotion in the future”. The virtual Tuning Base TV started officially on 1 April.

Under the category “Random Channel” you can watch all Suntour forks in a 360 degree view. On the website’s “Video Channel” you can also watch a so-called “Duro Team Promo“ video. “This channel will soon offer further video projects“, says Fischer.

“Tech Channel“ is Suntour’s cream of the pie called website: “Here you can watch and/or download  ten detailed tech-videos. This service section will be widened and will always provide the latest state of affairs.”

Next to these three channels there is also a download area. Here IBD’s can catch so-called “exploded views” of all Suntour forks of model year 2007 and 2008. Detailed instruction manuals of the entire fork range are in the pipeline. An additional highlight will be the company’s virtual workshop book.
