ETRA was established in 1995 and had since worked at European level to defend and promote the interests of European two-wheel dealers.

Annick Roetynck initiated the European dealer association and has since then worked on numerous (legislation) dossiers involving the European dealer sector in bicycles, e-bikes, speed pedelecs, mopeds and motorcycles. The latest one she was committed to was the new type approval legislation for twowheelers.

In the 18 years that Annick Roetynck was ETRA’s secretary general she stood out with her excellent knowledge of all dossiers as well as how to work with and in ‘Brussels’. In the last years ETRA was headed by president Erik Oddershede (photo).
