UK Starts ‘Nationwide Drive to Promote Cycling

LONDON, UK - A week after the very successful RideLondon weekend, which saw thousands of cyclists thronging the best known streets of the UK capital, free of all cars, new funding was announced to promote cycling in many other parts of the UK. The bulletin came from Prime Minister David Cameron’s office and was entitled, ‘a nationwide drive to promote cycling in cities and national parks across England’.
