German and Dutch Retailers Join Purchasing Power

BREDA, the Netherlands/VERL, Germany - Two European retail organizations, Dutch Biretco and German Bico are to join forces. The boards of both companies have expressed their intention to enter into a strategic partnership. This will results in a dealer cooperative with about 1,300 members.
