台灣，台北- 2013年前十個月從柬埔寨出口至歐盟的自行車數量快速擴張達55%很難不引起注意。在上星期台北國際自行車展就有業界人士指出為因應欺詐情形而調整對取得GSP Plus優惠中對當地成分 (自製率)的規定，有可能會阻礙柬埔寨的自行車出口至歐盟。
