Spanninga Takes Over Philips Lighting Assets

JOURE, the Netherlands – The Spanninga Group has taken over the assets involving the Philips bicycle lighting products. Spanninga will not market Philips-branded lighting products, but will use the assets to strengthen its own line-up.
