Exal to Unite Schuermann and Alesa

HOOGSTRATEN, Belgium (July 9) – Renowned rim manufacturer Alesa Belgium, who filed for bankruptcy last May, will be brought back to life. Together with German rim maker Schuermann the former Alesa management decided to re-use its know how and experience in the making of rims. They founded Exal NV in 50/50 ownership, which started from
