Italian Investors and Decathlon Setting-Up Big Bike Factory in Romania

TIMISOARA, Romania – It’s to become one of Europe’s biggest bike factories and is to open next year in Romania. With a production capacity of 1.5 million bicycles as well as e-bikes it’s even so big that component manufacturers are expected to settle in the immediate vicinity of the new facility. With that another European bike valley will be established where more than 3,000 people are to be employed in the long term.
