‘EU states not meeting cycling’s potential in Covid recovery plans’

BRUSSELS, Belgium - Only six European member states are properly integrating cycling into their National Recovery and Resilience Plans, new analysis by the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) shows. While Belgium has championed cycling by allocating €473 million for infrastructure, etc, cycling is noticeably absent from Germany’s agenda.
