Taiwan industry makes rapid transition to online marketing

TAIPEI, Taiwan - The 2020 and 2021 events made physical trade show attendance almost impossible. However these moments of contact were vital for the country's many small and medium business in the bicycle industry to stay in touch with their customers. Covid-19 required an upgrade of the online marketing abilities of Taiwan's bicycle industry. Taiwan Bicycle Association (TBA) Secretary General Gina Chang explains what the industry organization did to take its members to the next level.
