Shimano acquires stake in European service organisation GBS

MAASTRICHT, the Netherlands - Shimano has acquired a minority interest in Europe’s largest independent service organisation, Get Bike Service (GBS). Both parties have agreed that no further details about the amount of this interest will be disclosed.
