European study outlines customer journey of e-bike purchases

AMSTELVEEN, the Netherlands - A new study reveals big changes of the buying behavior of European customers at the IBD. In the Netherlands and Belgium only 20% of the people change their mind during the sales process. These percentages are much higher in Italy (27%), France (31%) and Germany (34%).
