Arkus: No Fines, Report is Untrue

MAARSSEN, Netherlands - Wednesday, May 31, this website reported on an alleged surprise check by EU inspectors at the Polish Arkus bike factory. The charges would have been that anti-dumping exempt parts, destined for bike production, were sold off to compensate for slow sales. This would have been a violation of the EU procedures, and was said to have resulted in a massive 1 million fine. We were wrong. According to Arkus there are no fines and the report is untrue.
