CHICAGO, USA - SRAM is the new owner of the entire range of road and mountain bike pedals, cleats, and all related patents of Time Sport. The iconic brand Time Sports has finally been split-up between two companies now previous owner Rossignol Group and SRAM concluded the agreement on 18 February.
The historical French brand 'Cycles Mercier', created in 1919 by Emile Mercier in Saint-Etienne, is starting on a new adventure. The owner, Starship Investments, has announced the restart of the production of Mercier branded bicycles in France.

To convince the current owners, an initial offer of Cerberus Capital Management LP representing the buyers was raised two weeks ago. PONTEDERA, Italy - Italian two-wheeler and commercial vehicle supplier, the Piaggio Group has reported consolidated net sales of around €1.31 billion in fiscal 2020, down 13.6% year-on-year.
