YORK, UK- Next year The Bicycle Association in the UK will organize the National Cycling Festival to be held between 23 and 25 June in York. The three-day festival will feature quality marquees, exhibiting space and various themed ‘villages’.

“It will be a great consumer destination with interactive cycling features, workshops, races and funfairs,” says Christina Stockdale of co-organizer Essential Events.

Sustrans, CTC and IPC specialist cycle magazines and the City of York Tourism and Council are also partners in the festival, which is expected to attract between 40,000 and 50,000 visitors. (JW)
