who received a free bike helmet two years ago don’t wear them. “The children
forget to wear them or are afraid of being teased by other children,” said
G. Smit, the regional coordinator for the organization responsible for
handing out the helmets, 3VO. According to Smit, the organization is now
looking for new impulses for wearing a helmet. (JW)
