BATTLE, UK – An MP from the UK town of Battle (Hastings) has welcomed the arrival of a new fold-up bike designed for commuters after meeting representatives from a local company. Bexhill and Battle MP Gregory Barker met with Niki Elliott and Ross Patterson from ATB Sales Ltd and was on hand to test the innovatively designed Mezzo folding bike at Battle Station.

BATTLE, UK – An MP from the UK town of Battle (Hastings) has welcomed the arrival of a new fold-up bike designed for commuters after meeting representatives from a local company. Bexhill and Battle MP Gregory Barker met with Niki Elliott and Ross Patterson from ATB Sales Ltd and was on hand to test the innovatively designed Mezzo folding bike at Battle Station. The company has invested GBP750,000/€ 1,080,696 developing the bike which can be folded up in eight seconds. Mr Barker said: "The expansion of ATB locally is very exciting. This is the type of local sustainable economic development I want to see in our area. "ATB’s products have huge potential, especially among the many commuters whom travel from train stations in our area."He added: "It is good to see local business thriving and at the same time help meet the environmental challenges of the new century."
