Last month GD-Innolife started production of its wireless bike turn signal light. This indicator, switched on before making a turn, could help prevent accidents, especially at night. The GD Innolight comes in two versions: the GD-101R with a rechargeable lithium battery and the GD-101 with an AAA battery.

Last month GD-Innolife started production of its wireless bike turn signal light. This indicator, switched on before making a turn, could help prevent accidents, especially at night. The GD Innolight comes in two versions: the GD-101R with a rechargeable lithium battery and the GD-101 with an AAA battery.

The turn signal is engaged via a control switch on the handlebar. The signal comes in three modes: flashing, non-flashing and quick-flashing. After 30 seconds it stops automatically. It has five bright LED lights in total.

Three red LED’s for the rear light, one orange LED’s left signal and one orange LED’s right signal. The rechargeable battery provides up to 13 hours in continuous usage, while the AAA battery version goes up to 26 hours.

The GD Innolight has a battery charge indicator and the rear light weighs just 91 grams. The control panel of the rechargeable version on the handlebar measure is 75 millimetres long, 40 millimetres wide and 20 millimetres high. The AAA battery version is slightly smaller and weighs a little less.
