e-Moto, a Seattle, Washington, USA based supplier of electric vehicles is currently expanding into Europe. “The European market is far more developed for electric vehicles than anywhere else in the world,” says Jeff Knops, Sales Manager for e-Moto, “Our product range is very well adapted to European standards for performance, quality, and style.”

e-Moto offers a complete line of 15 different styles of power assist bicycles. All models are powered with high-quality Panasonic Lithium Ion batteries, 250-watt brushless hub motors, and pedelec controller systems. The e-Moto range contains hybrid road bikes, innovative folding bikes, and even tricycles. All e-Moto electric bikes are backed with a full 2-year guarantee.

For the 2011 model year, e-Moto is expanding its road-legal e-Scooter range to include five new models. The new G5 and G6 scooters allow clean commuting with no sacrifice in performance. 80-100 kilometres per hour speeds with a range approaching 100 kilometres are possible from advanced Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries and active battery management. Additionally, the e-Moto G3 Lithium has a very small scooter technology.

A cutting edge battery management system allows for the battery to be mounted into three removable packs. All these batteries can be charged away from the scooter. Finally, the G3 Lithium features a cutting-edge LCD dashboard with speed, range, and battery health readouts.
