Knog Wants to Expand in Europe


RICHMOND, Australia – Frog Lights supplier Knog, known for its eerie designs, was ‘talk of the town’ at its launch at Eurobike ten years ago. Meanwhile, the trendy Australian accessory supplier surprises at each show with new smart products as well as its fancy booths.

However Knog’s biggest news this year were not new products, the design of the booth or their 10th anniversary. The opening of a European office is. Knog Europe will be based in Heidelberg, Germany and managed by David Burger.

More contact with distributors

“His primary job will be to intensify our relationship with distributors who so far only had personal contact with Knog at Eurobike once a year”, says CEO Hugo Davidson. “But beyond that he will have to professionalize our global sales culture.”

From the software and technology industry David Burger brings many years of experience in establishing a global business structure. On top of that he grew up in Australia and he knows Knog products since the first hour as he is a passionate cyclist.
