Stomil Valve Factory Becomes Alligator Polska


GIENGEN, Germany – The Polish valve factory Stomil Sp. changed its name to Alligator Polska. “The new name emphasizes the company’s close ties to the Alligator Valve Group who owns Stomil Sp. since 1997,” says its MD Josef Seidl.

“The Polish company was founded in 1968 and looks back on decades of experience and tradition in production,” says Josef Seidl. “Alligator Polska produces a wide range of high quality valves and valve components, also for the bicycle industry. The output also includes numerous rubber formed parts and rubber-metal compounds for the automobile industry as well as precision components for such as, the electronics industry.”

New production hall

“In Poland our customers, partners and suppliers will find the same safety, reliability and innovative force as in our German facilities along with local benefits,” said Josef Seidl. “All quality systems and production guidelines comply with the international Alligator standard we developed in our head office in Giengen.” In January 2013 Alligator Polska opened a new production hall.

The Alligator Valve Group was founded in 1920 and offers a complete product range of tire valves, spare parts and accessories as original equipment and for wholesale trade under the brands: Alligator, Eha, Stomil and The company generates a turnover of approximately 50 million euro and employs almost 600 people.
