Apparently the market for leaders in the bike business is small: after searching for over six months Andreas Kessler was appointed as CEO of Flyer manufacturer Biketec AG.

‘Strong and reliable leader’

Since Biketec’s previous CEO, Simon Lehmann, who after only two years had left the company as said at his own request, Kessler was recruited in April as interim CEO. “Andreas Kessler has led the company since spring with calm, prudence and great sovereignty and has proved to be a strong and reliable leader. With his distinct market and customer focus Andreas Kessler can develop the company strategically successfully “, Chairman Franz Studer commented the election.

Leading positions

Up to becoming involved in the Swiss e-bike producer Andreas Kessler was working in leading positions in international luxury goods, clothing and outdoor companies, among others at Odlo and Mammut.
