Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, based in Katowice, Poland, to drive business development and sales growth across Poland and key Eastern European markets.
The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for the region, focusing on ODM and OEM B2B customers in the two-wheeler industry, including e-bike, e-mobility and related sectors. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, who are self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to operate independently while maintaining close alignment with the CEO and senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Poland and Eastern Europe in full alignment with company objectives
• Acquire, manage and grow ODM / OEM B2B customer relationships within the two-wheeler related industries
• Identify new business opportunities, RFQs, and strategic partnerships across the e-bike, two-wheeler and e-mobility ecosystem
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, project kick-off to SOP and long-term account development
Account & Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for all customers in Eastern Europe
• Build long-term strategic partnerships based on trust, delivery performance, and technical alignment
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure premium customer satisfaction
• Represent customer needs internally and ensure timely feedback and response from the headquarters
Market & Strategic Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and regulatory developments in the region
• Provide structured market feedback, sales forecasts and strategic insights to the CEO and management team
• Support strategic decision-making related to product positioning, localization, and portfolio development
Internal Coordination & Reporting
• Report directly to the CEO with clear sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics
• Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, R&D, quality, and operations teams
Required Qualifications & Experience
Professional Experience
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in two-wheeler related industries, including e-bike, bicycle, two-wheeler components, e-mobility, or related technical sectors
• Proven track record and hands-on experience with OEM / ODM business models
• Solid understanding of European two-wheeler market dynamics, customer requirements, and certification & regulatory standards
• Experience working with Asian manufacturing or supply chains is a strong advantage

• Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Languages
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in Polish is strongly preferred; additional proficiency in Czech, Hungarian or other Eastern European languages is a significant plus
