Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth, market expansion, and customer relationship management for our products in Europe. This role will also represent our brand image in the European market. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales: Develop and execute annual and long-term sales strategies for the European region to achieve company sales targets. Regularly visit key accounts to establish and maintain long-term, stable partnerships. Identify, qualify, and lead the development of potential new customers. 2. Brand Representation: Act as the brand representative for the company in Europe, actively communicating the brand story. Represent the company at key industry trade shows/summits in Europe. Regularly gather and provide feedback on market trends and dynamics to inform product development and marketing strategies. Qualifications 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, brand promotion, or product management within the European market. Familiarity with the bicycle/eBike and components industry, personal mobility industry, or electromechanical industry (e.g., automotive parts/powertrain). Knowledge of eBike drive system applications is a strong advantage. Proven experience in successfully developing and managing international customers. Experience working in a multinational corporation or collaborating with an Asian (especially Chinese) headquarters is preferred. 3. Core Skills: Sales Capability: Excellent negotiation and proposal skills, with a proven ability to close complex deals. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and identify potential opportunities. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in German/Dutch/French is a significant advantage. Excellent cross-cultural and cross-team communication skills. 4. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, self-motivated, passionate, and resilient. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. High integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to travel.
