In 2013, KMC’s upgraded X11SL series boasts many technologies such as the Double X Bridge, optimal chamfering, highest pin power, and light weight.

Thanks to light weight construction, bridge design, material strength, and pin power evolution, the KMC X11SL series allows agile and accurate shifting through the Double X Bridge and Optimal Chamfering while transmission efficiency (rigidity) and durability are attained through superior manufacturing capabilities. The X11SL series is compatible across all 11-speed electronic and mechanical drivetrain systems (Shimano, Campagnolo, SRAM). Furthermore, all KMC X11 series chains come with the well-known and much appreciated tool free Missing Link.

KMC’s X11SL Superlight Chain has been awarded the coveted 2013 Red Dot Design Award, and is being used in combination with Campagnolo 11 speed systems for the 2013 UCI World Tour Season by UCI Pro Team, Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team (VCD). To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Tour de France, KMC created a limited edition DLC-Green X11SL chain for the VCD team.
