Kemo’s Business Model Combines Dealer with Online
The Eurobike launch of the bicycle brand Kemo comes with the introduction of a new business model aimed at combining the know-how of the retailer and the ease of online sales.
“The days of nice fibers, and component mix are over,” says Mario Comalli of Swiss based Kemo Bikes. “We offer bicycles featuring the latest in fibers in our industry: TeXtreme.” For Kemo Bikes Internet is a sales tool, but also maintains a strong relationship with the dealer for delivery and support.
“It is better for both parties. Online sales is a fact, so better (to) use it. We offer Premium dealership(s) for those who want to have bikes on stock.”
