SUZHOU, China – E-mobility components and complete e-drive system manufacturer Bafang will present an update of the M400 at Eurobike. The M420 is a clean, compact drive system for city and trekking bicycles.

Next to the facelift of the well-established M400 system, formerly known as Max Drive, the M420 drive system comes with a range of new options for modern-styled city and trekking bikes.

Compatible with In Tube batteries

The new M420 uses the same frame mounting interface, comes with a rated power of 250 W, the same powerful 80 Nm performance and a EU-legal speed limit of 25 km/h. The compatible with the 450 Wh InTube or various rack type batteries plus a number of new displays will give designers ample opportunity to create contemporary looking city and trekking bikes. The redesigned displays come with Bluetooth and USB-out functionality.
