Creating traffic on the shop floor is one of the big challenges retailers face. The aim of flexini.com is “To guide retailers into the digital age and to encourage more people to ride their bikes. Sooner or later, every cyclist will need the help of a specialist dealer, whether for consulting service or a workshop appointment.” Until now the website is only available in German.

Bringing cyclists and retailers together

In just a few steps and without registration, flexini brings cyclists and retailers together. “With flexini.com we respond to the customers’ wish to book appointments online, quickly and easily,” says one of the founders, Dominic Land. “The platform is the new way for customers to find a dealer and for retailers to increase their sales. We appeal to all people using internet to find a suitable bicycle shop, also after closing time. For dealers we offer the opportunity to avoid losing customer outside opening hours.”

Flexini.com is a Cologne-based start-up. Founders Dominic Land, Ruben List and Holger Schauf have been developing the online platform since May 2018.
