Accell集團宣布，在Pon Holdings昨天對Derby Cycle所有流通股份公開出價之後，該公司不打算向Derby Cycle出價競爭。根據 Accell集團總裁Ren Takens表示：「出價競爭價值過低，且將會造成Accell集團的資產負債表負擔過大。」
